Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional classroom with effective management.
• Provide ESL instruction to adults whose skills range from 3rd to 12th grade.
• Prepare lesson plans with critical thinking and real-life applications.
• Administer assessments per calendar and instructor manual.
• Incorporate computer-assisted instruction and promote basic computer literacy.
• Maintain student files, attendance, and portfolios including scores and work samples.
• Attend mandatory trainings and engage in professional development.
