Job summary

The Florida Gaming Control Commission seeks an Operations Analyst II to review and process pari-mutuel, cardroom, and slot machine occupational license applications. You will manage licensing databases, research eligibility, respond to public inquiries, and coordinate with FDLE for criminal history verification.

The role requires delivering results under tight deadlines and the ability to handle time-sensitive work in an internal agency setting. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Six years of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, or administrative work with two years reviewing licensure applications.
• Associate's degree can substitute for two years of experience; bachelor's degree can substitute for four years.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience with Pari-Mutuel Wagering, Versa Regulation, or OnBase systems preferred.
