Next STEPS Worldwide in San Antonio, TX seeks a Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our South Lake team. This full-time, in-office role offers a $67,000–$70,000 annual salary and a $2,500 signing bonus, with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative clinical environment.

You will conduct individual and family therapy, perform assessments, and contribute to treatment planning within a multidisciplinary team.

• Active licensure in the State of Texas as LPC-Associate or LMFT-Associate.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our South Lake, TX team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as an LPC-Associate or LMFT-Associate in the State of Texas.

• Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy.
• Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• A demonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-based clinical setting.
