Job summary

Next STEPS Worldwide in Southlake, TX is seeking a Licensed Psychologist for an in-person outpatient clinic. The role offers a $150,000–$165,000 annual salary plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

You will provide assessments, individual and group therapy, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while maintaining clinical documentation and serving diverse client populations.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of Texas (required).
• Outpatient clinical experience providing therapy and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver services using evidence-based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Participate in program development to enhance service delivery across the clinic. Engage and motivate clients, including those who may be hesitant about therapy.
