Next STEPS Worldwide is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to join our Irving, TX outpatient clinic. This in-person, full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality psychological services to diverse clients in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD), Texas license, and outpatient therapy experience. Spanish bilingual skills are required to serve our community and promote culturally informed care.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active Texas psychology license.
• Outpatient therapy and assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services including assessments, individual and group therapy, and consultation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate effective treatment plans.
• Deliver services using evidence-based practices and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Serve a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Participate in program development to enhance service delivery across the clinic.
