Job summary

The Auto Club Group in Kendall, FL is seeking a Field Insurance Service Representative to assist members with insurance policies, payments, renewals, and product inquiries. This role blends service, problem-solving, and sales support to help members protect what matters most while promoting ACG’s insurance and membership offerings.

You will respond to inquiries, process applications and changes, provide quotes, and handle billing questions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain state licenses and appointments.
• Completion of Customer Service, Insurance, and Membership training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and explain product features and benefits.
• Process applications, renewals, policy changes, and billing questions.
• Provide quotes, cross-sell opportunities, and promote products and services.
