Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish.
Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each customer’s needs.
Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth and customer retention.
