Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling is required.
• AZBBHE licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) is required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required; fluency test must be passed.
• Excellent written and spoken skills are required.
• Three years of specialized mental health/substance abuse experience with diverse populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide therapeutic counseling for individuals, families, and groups.
• Provide prevention/education for the Spanish-speaking community.
• Documentation, billing, and program audit support.
• Participate in case staffing and peer reviews.
• Collaborate with the care team for shared patients and care continuity.
• Support the organization as needed.
