Job summary

The Mental Health Association Inc. is actively hiring a Bi-lingual/Bi-Cultural (Spanish) Clinician.

The clinician will provide comprehensive assessment, ongoing counseling for mental health and substance use, case management, and collaboration with a Clinic Director to design/lead groups for the community. Requirements include a Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field and an independent license or license eligibility (LICSW, LMHC) preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Independent license or license eligible preferred (LICSW, LMHC, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment and treatment planning, and consultations for pre-crisis and crisis plans.
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner, meeting regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with teams/programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to promote programs and secure funding.
