Angela Warmath Allstate Agency in Joshua, TX is seeking an experienced Bilingual Insurance Representative to join our team. This is a sales + service role for a seasoned P&C professional who can provide exceptional customer service while proactively selling, cross-selling, and growing existing client accounts.

Qualifications

• Requires valid P&C Insurance license.
• Minimum 1 year of P&C Insurance experience.
• Bilingual Spanish/English highly preferred.
• Ability to conduct outbound calls and sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Service existing clients and process policy changes
• Conduct 25+ policy reviews per month
• Follow the agency's Asset 360 review process
• Identify coverage gaps and recommend additional protection
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products
• Write and close a minimum of 10 VC items per month
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and sales opportunities
• Assist clients with claims, inspections, billing, and policy questions
• Build strong relationships that improve client retention and account growth

The Angela Warmath Allstate Agency is seeking an experienced Bilingual Insurance Representative to join our team at 1409 S Broadway St, Ste E, Joshua, TX 76058.

This is a sales + service position for an experienced P&C Insurance professional who can provide exceptional customer service while proactively selling, cross-selling, making outbound calls, and growing existing client accounts.

This is not an entry-level role.
