Job summary

Pima County Public Library is seeking a Library Technical Assistant Supervisor for the Woods Memorial Library. This role supervises staff, oversees circulation functions, and delivers direct customer service to patrons of all ages.

Spanish speaking skills are preferred and evening/weekend hours are required. The position may require travel between library locations and reports to the Woods Memorial Library management team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and one year of library circulation desk service, or two years of high-volume customer service experience.
• Experience with library technology and circulation procedures.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and evaluates staff performance.
• Hires and trains circulation staff and supervises departments.
• Oversees the circulation desk operations and database maintenance.
