Yuma County is seeking a Librarian Supervisor to oversee the Circulation Division within the Library District. The role includes staffing, daily operations, and ensuring smooth branch circulation services.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in library science or related field with library experience and supervisory demonstrated ability. Background check is required and attendance at workshops and meetings may be expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in library science or closely related field, and two years of library experience in Circulation; and one year supervisory experience; or any combination of education, training, or experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties.
• Requires successful completion of a background check.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the Circulation Division in staffing and daily operations, in the absence of the Circulation Supervisor.
• Assist with Circulation budget, debt collection services, and drafting Circulation policies and procedures.
• Assist with training, scheduling, and supervising Circulation Library Assistant I's.
