Job summary

Rubenstein Law in Orlando seeks an Intake Specialist to sign up new clients by phone and in person, combining empathy with sharp investigative instincts. You will be the first point of contact, guiding clients through the sign-up process and coordinating upcoming clinic appointments.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly, manage high call volumes, and work well in teams; bilingual English/Spanish is required. This role offers opportunities to support a growing personal injury practice.

Qualifications

• Handle a heavy call volume (70+ daily) with tact and empathy.
• Conveys confidence on the phone.
• Strong communication and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Conduct phone case consultations with potential new clients and process sign ups.
• Assist clients with questions about their case sign-up process.
• Coordinate clinic appointments for all new clients.
• Review and process all potential new case leads from clients, law firms, lead companies and clinics.
• Ensure all case intake documents are processed, signed, and executed properly.
• Route intake calls to the correct contact (legal team, attorney, departments).
