Thompson Law, a nationally growing personal injury firm based in El Segundo, seeks a bilingual Legal Assistant to join the team. You will champion the client experience during the final stages of their cases, guiding them with a combination of administrative tasks and client service.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, 2+ years of recent employment, basic Excel, and a spirited, outgoing personality with strong teamwork and client interaction.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
• 2+ years of recent employment.
• Understanding of Excel.
• Outgoing, team-oriented with strong client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and paralegals to craft settlements.
• Act as primary contact for insurance adjusters to expedite payments.
• Work with medical providers and lien holders to settle bills.
• Maintain ongoing client communication and provide case updates.
• Encourage clients to share social media reviews and recommendations.
• Complete administrative tasks to close client files efficiently.
