Job summary

Thompson Law is seeking a Closing Legal Assistant to guide clients through the final stages of personal injury cases with a blend of administrative rigor and client service. The role emphasizes bilingual communication, coordinating with attorneys, insurers, and medical providers to ensure smooth case closures.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Spanish and English, have 2+ years of recent employment, and familiarity with Excel.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English (read/write/speak).
• 2+ years of recent employment.
• Preferred: 1+ years in Customer Service or Hospitality.
• Understanding of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and paralegals to craft settlements.
• Serve as primary contact for insurance adjusters to expedite payment.
• Work with medical providers and lien holders to settle bills for clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients during case closure.
• Help obtain social media reviews and client recommendations.
• Complete administrative tasks to close files efficiently.
