SGS Property Management LLC is seeking an energetic Leasing Assistant who is bilingual in English and Spanish to join our property management team. You will excel in sales and provide outstanding customer service to prospective residents seeking their next home.

You will respond to inquiries, conduct tours, process applications, and support move-ins and communications with residents. A positive attitude and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
• Experience in property management or leasing is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to leasing inquiries and convert prospects into residents.
• Conduct property tours and follow up on leads.
• Process rental applications, leases, and renewals.
• Build relationships with current and prospective residents.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and resident communications.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and support daily office operations.
