The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, at least 1 year of leasing experience, and strong computer skills to navigate property management systems. You will guide applicants, maintain tenant records, and provide exceptional service as the main point of contact for residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• At least 1 year of residential housing or apartment leasing experience.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort with property management systems.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Drive occupancy and community outreach through partnerships, social media, and local events.
• Screen applicants, guide them through the application process, and handle compliance paperwork.
• Maintain precise, confidential tenant files per leasing guidelines.
