Job summary

Westdale Asset Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant to greet visitors, show apartments, and close leases.

You must have 1+ year leasing experience, English/Spanish bilingual ability, strong leasing and closing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to type 30 WPM.

This hourly role ($16–$18) offers monthly bonus rewards, comprehensive benefits, and a schedule Mon–Sat with Saturday availability; apply to join our Oak Cliff area community.

Qualifications

• Leasing experience of 1+ year.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM and stay organized.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi or similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
