Hudson Grove Property Management is hiring a full-time Bilingual Leasing Professional in Denver, Colorado. The role requires engaging with residents, showing apartments, processing applications and leases, and maintaining leasing software accuracy with Yardi and Rent Café.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 1+ year of leasing experience in multifamily housing is required.
• Strong customer service, empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and current residents.
• Conduct apartment tours and assist with applications, lease documentation, and move-ins.
• Maintain accurate leasing data in Yardi & Rent Café; use video tours and self-showing tools as needed.
• Support curb appeal and property presentation standards.
• Communicate clearly with residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace that aligns with our cultural values

You Bring

• 1+ yearsof leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Customer service skills with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Experience with Google Workspace and property management software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
• A proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and desire to grow in your career
• Reliable attendance and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
