• Assist in advertising and special promotions for the property.

• Handle move-in and move-out processes and coordinate with residents and vendors.
• Respond to inquiries by phone or email within 24 hours and maintain a welcoming environment.

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for establishing and maintaining a relationship with prospective and current residents. The Leasing Consultant will assist with marketing and is responsible for leasing the property.Incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:This job description does not list all duties that will be required of this position. You will be required to perform other duties, as requested by your supervisor.Create positive, welcoming, supportive environment for resident, visitors and community associatesAssist with development and implementation of resident services programmingUtilize maintenance software program to enter in and track service requestsAssist in attracting, screening, and selecting prospective residents in accordance with federal, state, governing program laws and regulations utilizing the set Resident Selection CriteriaPrepare market surveys and traffic reportsLease renewal processDetermine the needs of prospective residentsPrepare lease packagesCollect late rents and other monies due to the propertyMove-in and move-out processAnswer the telephone and greet prospective residents and residents in a pleasant and positive manner.
