Qualifications

• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct apartment tours in English and Spanish.
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
• Process rental applications and assist applicants throughout the leasing process.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy and leasing goals.
• Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Assist residents with questions and maintenance requests.
• Promote resident retention through positive communication and professional service.
