Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in sales.
• Fluency in English or bilingual required.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal skills.
• Strong computer and typing skills.
• Proficient in OneSite software; L2L preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create energy around Cortland communities for future residents.
• Advise prospective tenants on features, pricing, and amenities with market knowledge.
• Nurture leads from RealPage and respond to calls, emails, and texts.
• Generate appointments and maintain positive relationships with residents and onsite teams.
