Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume contact center.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management platforms such as Funnel, OneSite, and RealPage.
• CRM tools experience and ability to navigate multi-system environments.

Responsibilities

• Review and process rental applications accurately and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collect, verify, and manage applicant documentation promptly and efficiently.
• Respond to calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with multiple applicants simultaneously, providing timely updates.
• Address questions and concerns with empathy, de-escalating situations when necessary.
• Navigate multiple technology platforms and adapt to evolving systems and processes.
• Collaborate within a team to achieve shared leasing goals.
