Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and a minimum of three years of professional experience providing administrative support for low-income housing programs or similar populations.
• Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from applicants, tenants, and property management regarding eligibility and program requirements.
• Reviews application information to determine suitability and eligibility for Public Housing Programs.
• Verifies income, deductions, and verification documents to ensure accurate rent calculations and compliance.
