Qualifications

• Minimum of one year administrative experience and one year of rental, sales or property management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, process applications and determine eligibility for housing programs.
• Prepare leases and execute lease agreements.
• Maintain monthly recertification schedule and applicant/resident databases.
• Respond to inquiries regarding HOC housing programs via phone or in person.
• Assist in marketing programs and perform various administrative tasks.
