Minimum 2 years of sales-related experience.
Previous apartment leasing experience with proven closing skills.
Willingness to obtain Illinois leasing agent license.
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Regular weekend hours are required.

Responsibilities

Tour prospective residents and process applications and leases.
Enter lease information into leasing software and ensure accuracy.
Prepare and manage lease files.
Monitor CRM and follow up on leads and inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and visitors.
Assist in move-in and move-out processes and handle work orders.
Coordinate resident events and maintain amenity schedules.
