Golub & Company is seeking a sales-driven Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process at Lakehaven Luxury Apartments in Carol Stream, IL. The role includes tours, applications, and lease preparation while following regulatory guidelines, with emphasis on customer service and administrative tasks.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of sales experience and proven apartment leasing success. Bilingual in Spanish is required; IL leasing license preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales-related experience
• Previous apartment leasing experience with closing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Administrative acumen
• Willingness to obtain Illinois leasing agent license (if not already)

Responsabilités

• Tour prospective residents and process applications and leases
• Enter new lease information into leasing software and ensure accuracy
• Prepare, maintain, and manage lease files
• Monitor CRM and follow up on leads and inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors and visitors
• Monitor rental rates and prepare weekly market surveys
• Assist in move-in/move-out processes
• Receive service requests and administer the work order system
• Conduct regular walk-throughs and report maintenance concerns
• Coordinate resident events and communications
