Job summary

Fogelman is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join Grove Point Apartments in the Norcross area of NE Atlanta. The role involves tours, leasing paperwork, and executing local marketing plans to attract residents.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of sales or leasing experience, strong social media and marketing skills, excellent customer service, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation includes biweekly pay with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Experience with virtual and in-person tours is preferred.
• Knowledge of property management platforms (Yardi, Entrata, Yieldstar, CRM) is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours with prospective residents and explain lease terms.
• Schedule move-ins and process lease paperwork.
• Coordinate resident events and marketing activities.
• Maintain positive resident relations and respond to requests.
• Assist with market surveys and notices.
