Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant at the Chamblee Square Apts property near Atlanta. The role encompasses leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations across the community.

The Leasing Consultant will show and tour the property, qualify prospects, prepare leases, and complete all leasing paperwork. Strong customer service, organizational skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close the sale with appointments, tours, and follow-up
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in
• Maintain leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours
• Contribute to marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals
• Handle resident complaints and retention programs
