Job summary

Westdale is seeking a bilingual Leasing Consultant for a 236-unit community in South Dallas. You will greet prospects, show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour for an hourly non-exempt position; Saturdays required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and apartment rental discounts. Hours Mon-Fri with Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and stay organized.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and residents.
• Answer calls and emails from residents.
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork timely.
• Sell features and amenities to prospects.
• Show apartments and secure leases.

Rate: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)
***Monthly new lease AND renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

As a Bilingual Leasing Consultant, you make that important first connection with potential residents; you also make a difference in people\'s lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. In addition to greeting prospects, you will also show apartments, close sales, and process rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws. Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Work Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 4:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver's License.
