Job summary

ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Leader to guide our leasing consultants, drive occupancy, and ensure residents have an excellent move-in experience at our San Antonio properties. The role requires at least one year of leasing experience in a tax-credit community, bilingual English and Spanish, and a customer-service mindset.

You will handle lease executions, rent postings, collections, and collaborate with property owners to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• At least one year of leasing experience in a tax-credit community.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing / Delinquency Management / Renewal Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing consultants with creative sales strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Maintain resident ledgers and post rents, charges, concessions and final statements.
• Initiate lease violations, late rent notices, and evictions as needed.
• Assist Property Manager with Month End accounting.
• Assist with leasing from tour to move-in and closing the sale.
• Explain property features to meet prospective resident needs.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with prospects and residents.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses to needs and concerns.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing questions and service issues promptly.
• Plan and execute resident events with teammates.
• Train and develop teammates and schedule company training.
• Visually inspect/prepare property areas daily for cleanliness and readiness.
• Manage in-house bad debt collections.
• Assist in managing owner relationships and reporting community performance.
• Process move-outs per lease terms and required fees.
