• Fluent in English and Spanish as required for daily interactions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Professional, friendly, dependable, and organized demeanor is needed.
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls, texts, and emails.
• Ability to follow up consistently with prospects and residents.
• Sales-oriented and motivated to generate leads and close leases.
• Comfortable conducting property tours and explaining rental requirements.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn leasing software.
• Ability to assist with rent collection follow-ups and resident communication.
• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media for marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation for occasional community marketing and outreach.
