Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Superintendent to own complex civil infrastructure projects in single-family residential land development. The role focuses on underground utilities, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, inspections, and site logistics from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in underground infrastructure and is bilingual in English/Spanish, with strong leadership and communication skills to keep multiple high-value projects moving

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in underground infrastructure and utilities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong experience with wet and dry utility installation.
• Experience managing field teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 3-5 civil infrastructure projects valued in the millions.
• Coordinate wet and dry utility installation for single-family residential development.
• Lead field crews, subcontractors, and senior team members across utilities.
• Develop forward-looking project plans for equipment, materials, and inspections.
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and high execution standards.
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on field leadership as Superintendent and Foreman as needed.
• Maintain written project status docs and communications.
• Remain accessible for time-sensitive issues outside hours.
• Identify problems early and own solutions.
