Job summary

Alpha Construction LLC is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee daily on-site operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety standards are met from planning through completion.

The role requires strong communication skills, bilingual ability in English/Spanish, and experience with project planning and logistics. OSHA 10, ladder safety, and forklift certification are preferred. On-site leadership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Site Operations Management: supervise daily on-site activities, workers, subcontractors and laborers; plan stages for efficient progress.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce OSHA standards; conduct site safety meetings; report safety issues.
• Scheduling and Logistics: create and manage short-term schedules; track progress; coordinate equipment and material deliveries.
• Quality Control: ensure work aligns with blueprints and specs; communicate with crews daily.
• Communication and Reporting: document and report progress; act as central contact for project managers, architects, owners.
• Problem Solving: troubleshoot on-site challenges; resolve conflicts among subcontractors or suppliers.
