Tarantino Properties is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance HVAC to manage maintenance tasks for residential properties in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on timely service requests, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and preparing vacant units for market-ready status.

The ideal candidate has prior apartment maintenance and leadership experience, strong HVAC knowledge, EPA certification, and is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, general electrical.
• HVAC (EPA) Certification required
• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities

• Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
