Job summary

Speed Queen Laundry Franchise / Mathis LLC - Louisville is seeking a Store Manager to drive day-to-day operations and financial performance at the Louisville store. You will supervise the Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Representative, recruit and train staff, and ensure policy execution across all functions.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage scheduling, payroll, customer service, and store maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of two years in multi-unit or big box retail management preferred.
• Knowledge of payment systems is a plus.
• Must be able to assist customers with downloading and navigating the Speed Queen Laundry APP.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full employee life cycle from recruitment to separation, including: recruiting, orientation, training, development, counseling and payroll.
• Customer Service and Satisfaction: ensures policies and procedures are followed to maximize customer satisfaction and store staffing.
• Store Safety and Security: maintains a safe environment by following proper procedures and prioritizing safety.
• Retail: maintains product presentation, ensures inventory levels, and trains staff on sales and upselling.
