• Supervise Assistant Store Manager and Customer Service Representative; ensure staff coverage and scheduling.
• Ensure customer service excellence and policy adherence to drive satisfaction and store growth.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and security; manage building and equipment upkeep.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory levels, cash handling, and reporting to management.
• Lead marketing, promotions, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
