Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• PEL with Elementary or Early Childhood endorsement and a Bilingual Education Teacher-Spanish endorsement; OR PEL with ELS and a TBE endorsement in Bilingual Education Teacher-Spanish.
• Teaching experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in multi-grade settings is preferred.

• Implements research-based teaching strategies for diverse learners.
• Creates a learning environment with effective communication and evaluative feedback.
• Implements current district curriculum and grade-level content.
• Sets clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects communicated to students.
• Collaborates with colleagues, students, and parents regularly.
• Maintains accurate records as required by policy and law.
• Assists in implementing student discipline policies and maintains order.
