Job summary

ektello is seeking a bilingual Supply Chain & Demand Planning Analyst in Plano, TX, for a 12+ month contract onsite. You will manage PSI allocation, forecast demand, and ensure on-time delivery across product categories, including audio products.

You will work with Sales, Product Management, Logistics, and HQ, maintaining 6-month rolling forecasts, overseeing inventory, and driving improvements in order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, or logistics operations.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Korean and English.
• Technical: SAP or ERP software proficiency; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• PSI & Allocation Management: weekly PSI/SCP activities to ensure proper product allocation.
• Demand Forecasting: 6-month SKU/site level forecasts using historical data and input from sales/product teams.
• Order Processing & Logistics Coordination: track weekly orders and coordinate logistics actions such as stock transfers.
• Inventory & Aging Management: analyze ATS and aging inventory reports.
• Cross-Functional & HQ Collaboration: align production schedules with HQ and cross-functional teams.
• KPI Tracking & Reporting: monitor on-time delivery and forecast accuracy and report to management.
