Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage PSI allocation and weekly PSI/SCP activities to ensure proper product allocation.
• Input weekly forecasts (AP2) to secure allocation and hit monthly sales targets.
• Develop short-term demand forecasts at SKU/site level using historical data and market signals.
• Track orders and coordinate logistics actions such as stock transfers and diversions.
• Publish ATS and aging inventory reports and balance inventory with service targets.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Operations and HQ to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor KPIs like on-time delivery and forecast accuracy and report to management.

About the Role

We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Bilingual Supply Chain & Demand Planning Analyst to manage PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) allocation, customer order delivery, and demand forecasting for assigned product categories (including audio products). In this role, you will act as a pivotal operational link between regional sales teams, product management, logistics, and global Headquarters (HQ). You will maintain accurate 6-month rolling forecasts, manage inventory levels, optimize order fulfillment, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining bilingual communication across cross-functional enterprise units.

Top Core Competencies

• Bilingual Korean & English: Professional fluency in both spoken and written Korean and English is required to interface effectively with local leadership and global HQ teams.
• SAP & ERP Systems: Practical experience navigating SAP (or similar ERP systems) to process purchase orders, stock transfers, inventory movements, and PSI management.
• Demand Planning & PSI Allocation: 3–4 years of experience tracking weekly customer demand, adjusting SKU-level forecasts, and driving on-time delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• PSI & Allocation Management: Execute weekly PSI/SCP activities to ensure proper product allocation by account and site.
• Input weekly AP2 forecasts to secure product allocation and maximize monthly sales targets.
• Demand Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate short-term (6-month) demand forecasts at the SKU/site level using historical sales data, market trends, and input from sales/product management teams.
• Order Processing & Logistics Coordination: Track weekly customer orders, manage order commitments, and coordinate logistics actions such as inventory diversions and stock transfers (STOs).
• Inventory & Aging Management: Analyze and publish daily/weekly operating reports, including Available-to-Ship (ATS) and factory aging inventory reports, balancing inventory investments against customer service targets.
• Cross-Functional & HQ Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and global HQ to align production schedules, manage promotional/new product launch impacts, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
• KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (on-time delivery, forecast accuracy, inventory turns) and present operational updates and recommendations to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on professional experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, logistics operations, or data analysis.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (written and verbal) is required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent enterprise ERP software.
  • Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, complex formulas) for data manipulation and reporting.
  • Operational Skills: Ability to interpret sales/purchase orders, perform routine root-cause analysis, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
