Job summary

ektello seeks a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Demand Planning Analyst in Plano, TX for a 12+ month contract with potential extension. This onsite role focuses on weekly demand forecasting, sales trend reporting, and ensuring on-time delivery for national retail accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to optimize profitability, manage end-to-end order and shipment processes, and perform root-cause analysis on discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Demand Planning.
• Retail client experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Weekly Demand Forecasting: Maintain and update weekly demand forecasts; monitor trends to improve KPIs.
• Order & Logistics Management: Oversee end-to-end shipment lifecycle to meet delivery dates.
• Root-Cause Analysis: Investigate order, delivery, or inventory discrepancies to resolve issues.
• Process Improvement & Analytics: Analyze sell-through data, track inventory health, and implement improvements.
• Cross-Functional Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with external retail accounts and internal teams.
• Reporting: Compile and publish KPI reports, production schedules, and shipment summaries.
