Job summary

BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Korean-English bilingual IT Project Manager to lead planning and management for enterprise IT initiatives. You will act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensure projects stay on time and within budget, and document scope, requirements, and schedules.

Strong PM experience and collaboration skills are essential. The role emphasizes planning, reporting, and stakeholder communication across supply chain, sales, or logistics-related e-commerce

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Project Management or related technical field.
• Demonstrated understanding of PM processes, strategies and methods.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to establish guidelines for others.
• Strong accountability in decision-making and supervising teams.
• Experience in collaborative environments and promoting teamwork.
• Experience with enterprise project management; Samsung projects preferred.
• Bilingual in Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project tasks, coordinate and schedule activities; assist with ad-hoc projects.
• Create project documentation (scope, objectives, requirements, schedule, status).
• Generate reports and charts for leadership on progress.
• Define project scope and high-level plans for infrastructure projects.
• Schedule and conduct project meetings throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate project status to management; track milestones, costs, risks, and issues.
• Gather requirements as a Business Analyst using interviews and workshops.

Korean Bilingual Project ManagerJob Description:IT Project Manager is responsible for providing project planning and management for established initiatives within a company. They ensure that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame and budget. A Technical Project Manager is the lead subject matter expert within the company regarding technology concerns. They use their industry expertise to improve all aspects of project planning and resource management.IT Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage information technology (IT) projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
