Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise line cooks to ensure timely task completion and quality.
• Ensure food is prepared according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain sanitation, temperature control, storage, and rotation.
• Control waste and manage portion sizes to optimize costs.
• Monitor inventories and maintain stock levels.
• Execute daily side work with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
• Work across multiple stations including fry, plancha, expediter.
• Assist management with additional duties as needed.
