World Famous Inc. is seeking an experienced, responsible bilingual Pre-Cook / Kitchen Production Lead to join our kitchen team as the right-hand person to the Head Chef. This full-time role requires morning through afternoon shifts, Monday through Saturday, with availability across the schedule.

Ideal candidates will have kitchen/prep experience, leadership potential, and strong attention to detail. You will oversee production, ensure quality, and maintain food safety standards while

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bilingual English & Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the Head Chef on daily production.
• Help organize and supervise the production team.
• Ensure recipes, portions, preparation methods, and quality standards are followed.
• Monitor food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ensure production is completed correctly and on time.
• Identify and communicate production issues or shortages.
• Be prepared to take responsibility for production when the Head Chef is unavailable.
• Maintain company standards for food safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and bilingual Pre-Cook / Kitchen Production Lead to become a key member of our kitchen team and work as the right-hand person to our Head Chef.

This is a FULL-TIME position, Monday through Saturday. Candidates must be available to work morning through afternoon shifts on all required days.

Requirements
