ACCEL Schools LLC in Columbus, Ohio seeks a qualified Kindergarten Teacher for Columbus Bilingual Central opening Fall 2025. The teacher will deliver engaging literacy and math instruction, differentiate lessons, and create a supportive classroom that aligns with PBIS and the Blitz model to foster student growth.

You will plan daily lessons, monitor progress, collaborate with families, and contribute to a positive school culture while upholding district policies.

Qualifications

• State of Ohio teaching license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience in an urban environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
• Ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans and modify as needed.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress.
• Utilize research-based practices in daily planning.
• Manage student behavior and create a positive classroom environment.
• Incorporate technology to support learning and align with curricula.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
