Surface Experts is seeking a Junior Sales Representative in Austin, TX to build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance. This startup role focuses on educating clients about our unique surface repair services and growing a new business territory.

The position emphasizes a base salary plus bonus opportunities, mentorship, and on-the-job training. Arrival includes onboarding and ongoing collaboration within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Junior Sales role; prior sales experience preferred but not required.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks regularly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with 15–20 contacts daily across various industries (Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders).
• Educate on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Memorize and practice a sales script; role-play exercises.
• Document sales activities in CRM; track client from lead to Work Order and all steps.
• Report data daily/weekly accurately.
• Plan and execute sales strategy for the territory.
