Job summary

Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a Jr Recruiter at the Gibbon, NE plant. You will assist candidates with applications and support the recruiters with onboarding, pre-employment physicals and drug screens.

This role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, data entry, and maintaining confidentiality. Some travel may be needed; high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish (speak, read, write).

Responsibilities

• Assist candidates with applications and ensure completion per hiring policy.
• Support recruiters with onboarding, pre-employment physicals and drug screens.
• Assist with completion of hiring policy forms (pre-screen, applications, etc.).
• Accurately enter records into data collection systems.
• Assist employees and candidates with paperwork.
• Provide translation as needed.
• Generate correspondence as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
