Qualifications

• Exposure to interviewing, screening, or candidate coordination processes.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings across job boards and internal platforms.
• Source and identify potential candidates using online tools and databases.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings to assess basic qualifications and interest.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate availability between candidates and hiring teams.
