Ambar in Miami seeks a junior Business Development Associate to grow our community of lawyers and connect them with enterprise opportunities. You will use marketing skills to initiate conversations that turn into members and client engagements, while learning the full sales cycle.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you’ll work with the team to identify opportunities, craft outreach, and help close engagements across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Based in Florida (Miami).
• Foundation in marketing or related field and a desire to start a sales career.
• Strong listening and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with digital tools and AI; proactive and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Grow our community by identifying lawyers and guiding them to join as members.
• Win enterprise clients by locating legal needs and connecting with the right experts.
• Apply marketing strategies to drive sales conversations and proposals.
• Keep the sales pipeline current and coordinate with the team to move opportunities forward.
