Securiport LLC is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Junior Accountant to join our Accounting and Finance team. This role supports day-to-day accounting across multiple international entities and locations, collaborating with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 1–3 years of experience, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite or SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• 1–3 years of accounting experience, internship acceptable.
• Experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process journal entries and maintain general ledger records for multiple entities.
• Record and verify daily financial transactions per policies and GAAP.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, and GL accounts.
• Assist with month-end close processes and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve intercompany items and support consolidated reporting.
